Refund policy
OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which [Your Name / Business Name] (“we”, “us”, “our”) will process refunds for UI/UX design and development services. By engaging our services and making any payment, you (“client”, “you”, “your”) agree to this policy.
This policy applies to all service agreements unless otherwise specified in writing.
SECTION 1 – ADVANCE PAYMENTS
All advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you cancel the project before work starts, you may be eligible for a refund of the advance payment, minus any administrative or consultation fees.
SECTION 2 – CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
If you cancel the project after work has started, no refund will be issued for the advance payment.
Any partial or completed work up to the date of cancellation remains billable and must be paid for in full.
SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION BY SERVICE PROVIDER
If we cancel the project for reasons other than your breach of terms, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the uncompleted portion of the work.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
SECTION 4 – NO REFUNDS AFTER FINAL DELIVERY
Once the final deliverables are approved and handed over, no refunds will be issued.
Post-delivery changes or issues are handled under a separate maintenance or change request agreement.
SECTION 5 – NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Refunds will not be issued for:
Work already completed and delivered.
Third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domain, plugins, stock images) purchased for your project.
Delays caused by your failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals.
SECTION 6 – DISPUTES
Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law clause in our Terms & Conditions.
SECTION 7 – CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or communication via email.
